Free shipping will be applicable only when specifically mentioned as part of a promotional campaign or special offer. Unless stated otherwise, standard shipping charges will apply.

To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please provide a complete and accurate postal address, including the correct PIN code, email address, and contact number. We request you to verify these details carefully before placing your order.

If the ordered product is available in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.

In cases where one or more items are temporarily out of stock, the products will be freshly prepared and dispatched within 10 working days from the date of order placement. You will be informed accordingly in such situations.

Our delivery partners operate Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen transportation delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email. We appreciate your patience until the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.
