Mr. Nagdeve and Mrs. Nagdeve.

they chose to begin again.          

For several years, they worked with a large company —
making papads day and night.
Alongside them were 70 hardworking women,
whose households depended entirely on that work.

the company dismissed everyone in a single day —
Mr. Nagdeve, Mrs. Nagdeve,
and all 70 women.

In one moment…
70 homes went dark.
70 mothers lost their hope.
70 children saw their future crushed.

The Nagdeve couple were shattered —
not because they lost their jobs,
but because they feared the trust of those 70 women might break.

They looked at each other and said,
“If we don’t stand up now… who will?”

They had no money.
No factory.
No manufacturing experience.

The first two years were extremely difficult.
Sometimes there were no sales.
Sometimes raw material costs were too high.
Sometimes doubt felt stronger than hope.
And sometimes, giving up felt easier.

But Mrs. Nagdeve stood firm like a mountain.
And those 70 women stood strongly beside her.
They all held on to one belief:
“If we fall, we fall together.
If we rise, we rise together.”

 

 

Slowly…
mistakes became lessons,
lessons became experience,
and experience turned into progress.

Mr. Nagdeve built the process.

From papads to chutneys,
from chutneys to sevai,
from sevai to fasting papads,
moongwadi, stuffed chillies,
and much more began to take shape.

From zero sales to today’s success…
from a tiny rented space
to an established production unit…
from a handcart
to a thriving enterprise…                              

13 years have passed.

And today —
Mr. and Mrs. Nagdeve have not built just a business…
they have built a family.
